Welcome to FightStar Championship. We appreciate your enthusiasm for our live streaming pay-per-view events. To ensure a transparent and fair experience for all our viewers, please review our Refund Policy outlined below:
General Policy
Purchases of our live streaming events are final and non-refundable except under the specific conditions stated herein. By purchasing access to any event, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy as part of our overall Terms and Conditions.
Non-refundable Scenarios
- Fighter Withdrawal: Refunds will not be issued based on changes in the fight card, including, but not limited to, the withdrawal or replacement of fighters. When you purchase an event, you are purchasing access to the entire event, not a specific match-up.
- Event Commencement: Once an event has started, refunds are generally not available. Exceptions to this rule are only considered if there is definitive proof that the event was not delivered to you through no fault of your own (see “Event Non-delivery” below).
- Internet Connectivity Issues: We are not responsible for personal internet connectivity issues, including but not limited to inadequate bandwidth, that prevent streaming of the event. We maintain comprehensive logs of our stream delivery to address and investigate delivery issues credibly.
Conditional Refunds
- Stream Interruption: If the live stream goes offline during the event and is restored within 30 minutes, refunds will not be issued. Our team endeavors to manage the event timing to avoid any major occurrences during such downtimes; however, the continuation of the event during this period cannot be guaranteed.
- Extended Downtime Compensation: If the stream downtime exceeds 30 minutes, a compensation refund of 10% of the purchase price will be granted for every 30 minutes of downtime, calculated from the time the stream failed to return.
- Complete Stream Failure: In the rare event that the stream fails completely and cannot be restored, a full refund will be issued to all affected customers.
Event Non-delivery
If you believe the event was not delivered to you and this was not due to personal internet issues, please contact our support team with evidence such as error messages or technical logs from your device. We will review our stream delivery logs in detail to determine if a refund is applicable based on this policy.
